Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange the product for another one. You can contact me at: krisiaart@hotmail.com
All orders are made, packaged, and shipped by me in my studio in beautiful New Jersey, as I take care to inspect each order before mailing to make sure that it's exactly what was ordered and as beautiful as you saw it on the pictures.
Terms & Conditions for Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations
- Any returns or exchanges must be approved by me before you send them back, please contact me within 48 hours of package delivery if you have a problem with your order.
- Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase.
- All returns must be sent back within 5 business days of me agreeing to the return/exchange.
- To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or shipped back to me securely wrapped so the product arrives safe and not damaged.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the problem is a physical defect that wasn't detected when I sent the order.
- Damage caused by the customer will not be considered as a reason for a product return.
- Generally, shipping costs are non-refundable (other conditions may apply based on a specific case). When you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping may be deducted from your refund.
- If an item was shipped with free shipping, the actual post office cost of the original shipping may be held back from any refunds issued.
- Please do NOT use signature confirmation as this will delay delivery of your returned items and may potentially disrupt your refund/exchange entirely. All returned packages are securely delivered and stored in a locker, so you do not need to pay the additional fee for signature confirmation. *If there are any discrepancies whether or not we received your item, we will always refund you as long as there is a return tracking number that shows your items were shipped and marked as "Delivered".
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. responsible for return postage on all returns. I don't provide return shipping labels unless the item was defective to begin with. Please read the description of the item before purchasing to verify sizes and details.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
*Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, unless the item is defective due to our error.
- Custom or personalized orders.
Exchanges:
- You can exchange a product for up to 7 days from the date that your items were delivered to you.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the product.
- Once the item has been received, we will send out the exchange. If there is a difference in price, we will send you an invoice for that amount.
Gifts:
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
Late or missing refunds:
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

My package was delivered damaged. What to do?
- If you received the items damaged, please contact me asap.
- To verify damage I need to get photos of the item and the packaging so that I can potentially file a claim with the post office.
- Please keep the original packaging as the USPS has changed their return policies and in some cases they will request an inspection of the box and damaged goods to be brought up to the nearest post office location.
- If you didn't get the package, but the post office marked it as delivered, you need to contact the post office to see where the delivery was left. They have GPS on their scanners and are able to see exactly what address the package was delivered to. If they made a mistake they will have to help you get the package back. If the package was delivered to your address, they won't be able to help you.
- In cases where a package was delivered to your address but you can't find it, I am unable to refund. You should file a stolen mail report with the post office and your local police so that they can track cases and see if there are patterns of mail theft. Please contact me if this is your situation so that I know what's going on!
- If the package wasn't delivered and the tracking doesn't show that it was received, please contact me and I'll arrange a solution.
