Shipping Policy
We ship to US and Canada.
- All orders are shipped in 1-5 business days of when the order was received.
- Shipping speed is determined by the postage that you choose at checkout, and is determined by the US postal service.
- Estimated delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Delivery times start when the package is handed off to the post office, not when the order is placed.
- All postal delays are out of our control and can't be predicted. Please place your order in advance, if you need things on a specific date.
- I don't guarantee any delivery times! That's out of my control.
IMPORTANT
Krisiaart LLC keeps the right to change or extend shipping times based on current orders volume and other factors that may apply. If there's any changes we will contact you to confirm you agree with the changes, if any.
- Packages are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail, which usually takes about 2-5 business days to arrive or USPS Priority Service, which takes 1-3 business days to arrive, depending on your location and current holidays, weekends, etc.
- For International customers delivery generally takes 2-4 weeks, depending on customs and current holidays, weekends, etc.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. You will not be charged for any of those fees at the time of placing your order. Krisiaart LLC is not responsible for delays due to customs.
- All shipments are made to the address that you provide at checkout. To ensure that your package gets to you as quickly as possible, please make sure the shipping address is correct and up to date.
- If you submit an incorrect address, please let us know as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped, we can change the delivery address for you. We are unable to change your address once your package has shipped.
- If a package is delivered to an incorrect address that was provided by a customer, we cannot issue a refund.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can issue a refund for the cost of the items only (less shipping) or reship the package if you'd like to purchase additional label to reship it.
No, those are out of my control. Please take post office shipping time estimates into account. The USPS doesn't guarantee delivery dates, and while I ship everything as quickly as I can I have no control over the date that a package will arrive. Once a package is marked as delivered by the post office I have very little control over the information I can get from them. If you have a problem with a delivery please check with your local post office since they'll have the most updated information.
- Please track your packages closely! Shipments may be held at customs in your country. Customers are responsible for picking packages up at Customs.
- International customers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, and receiving fees incurred.
- We are not responsible for any packages that are returned to us due to a package not being picked up at Customs, Post Office etc. If packages are returned to us, refunds will be issued for the items only, less any fees we incur due to the return.
