Q: Where do you ship TO and FROM?

A: I currently ship from New Jersey, where KrisiaArt studio is located, to destinations within the United States and Canada. 

If you are located within the United States or Canada and are interested in purchasing one of my products, I would be happy to assist you with your order. Please feel free to browse my selection and add your desired items to your cart.

Q: How long does it take for you to ship my order?

A: All orders are shipped within 1-5 business days of when the order was received. Since all Krisiaart products are handmade in small batches, the processing time may vary. However, I always strive to ship your order as soon as possible and typically ship within 1-3 days of receiving your order. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can easily track the status of your shipment.

Q: What is the STATUS of my order and how can I TRACK it?

A: To check the status of your order, please log in to your KrisiaArt account and navigate to the "Orders" section. There, you will be able to see the status of your order and any updates that have been made.

If your order has shipped, you should receive an email notification with a tracking number that you can use to track your package. If you haven't received this email or if you have any other questions about your order, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're always here to help!

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that processing times may vary depending on the item and the shipping method selected. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays or issues that may arise with your order.

Q: Do you offer express shipping?

A: Yes, we do offer express shipping for domestic shipments. When placing your order, you will have the option to choose the shipping method you prefer.

Q: Do you offer next day delivery?

A: We do not offer next day delivery for orders shipping to the USA or Canada. However, we do offer shipping upgrades for domestic orders. Please select the shipping method you prefer when placing your order.

Do you offer Personalization & Custom Orders?

I do not offer personalization at this time. However, I am open to custom orders and would be happy to work with you to create a unique product that meets your specific needs. Please contact me to discuss your ideas and requirements, and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

Q: Do you accept returns? If so, what's your policy?

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange the product for another one. You can contact me at: krisiaart@hotmail.com

Q: Can I exchange an item?

A: You can exchange a product for up to 7 days from the date that your items were delivered to you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the product. Once the item has been received, I will send out the exchange. If there is a difference in price, I will send you an invoice for that amount.

Q: Can I change my order?

A: If you need to make any change to an order that you placed, you need to contact me asap. You can send your request to: info@krisiaart.com

In most cases if your order is not shipped yet I will be able to make the requested changes. If I have shipped your order I would not be able to make any changes.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: If you changed your mind after placing your order, please request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase by contacting me at: info@krisiaart.com

Q: Are returns free?

A: Yes. Depending on the circumstances and reasons for the return you may not be refunded the shipping cost and may have to pay for shipping the item back to me. Please contact me at info@krisiaart.com and I will be happy to assist you.

Q: Will I pay taxes & customs for international shipping?

A: Yes. International customers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, and receiving fees incurred.

Q: What to do if my order is damaged?

A: If you received your items damaged, please contact me asap.

To verify the damage I need to get photos of the item and the packaging so that I can potentially file a claim with the post office.

Please keep the original packaging as the USPS has changed their return policies and in some cases they will request an inspection of the box and damaged goods to be brought up to the nearest post office location.
